Girls Regional Talent Club

Where dreams come true

We have recently been awarded a Tier 3 licence to run a Girls’ Regional Talent Club (RTC) – delivering coaching and education to the best young female elite footballers in the country to help them reach their fullist potential.

The RTC replaces the current Centre of Excellence and Player Development Centre model to create a pathway for girls’ football and bridge the gap between grassroots and elite football. It is designed to enhance skills and development so elite female players can strive to become part of the FA Girls’ England talent pathway.

We are the only club in Lincolnshire to be awarded such licence, and we very committed to the development of girl’s football. Being based in Boston, Lincolnshire will allow us to become a central hub for girls in the wider locality to develop their skills, and the new structure introduced by the FA is a recognition of the need to develop the women’s game at all age groups.

Through our RTC we are running teams in the following age groups – Under 12s, 14s and 16s, with trials taking place in June 2016. To support the development of girls into our Regional Talent Club age groups, we will also be running our own U10 age group independently.

Age Criteria:

  • Under 10’s (players born between 1st Sept 2006 – 31st Aug 2008)
  • Under 12’s (players born between 1st Sept 2004 – 31st Aug 2006)
  • Under 14’s (players born between 1st Sept 2002 – 31st Aug 2004)
  • Under 16’s (players born between 1st Sept 2000 – 31st Aug 2002)
