Walking Football – Thursday evening

It is important to stay fit, active and healthy whatever your age. As you get older, it is important to have regular exercise and playing a physical game such as walking football can help you build and improve your strength, increase your core stability, help you to lose or maintain your weight and improve your muscles. It can sometimes be hard to keep steady on your feet, but walking football can also help to improve your balance.

This session is available for males and females who are aged 45 and over.

Time: 5:50pm - 6:50pm
Price: £3.50 per session
What to bring: Please wear suitable sports clothing and footwear, and bring a drink.
Equipment: All equipment is provided.
