We offer one-on-one mentoring with pupils to generate confidence in their own ability whilst helping to make them more willing in different subject areas.
We will also work with parents to keep them updated on their child’s progress. By having these meetings and involving parents, we hope to help replicate positive behavior in their home life. This type of provision can be offered for how long the school feels necessary to get students back into lessons to improve their education.
This could also involve day release into Boston United Community Foundation to push them to strive to improve their behavior further.
